This is the first release after RAINE went open-source.

What's changed:

- New dipswitch settings for lots of games submitted by Brian Toha
- Fixed SDF Macross video decoding by Haze
- A few misc. bugs in the source fixed by me

The updated stuff was put together and compiled by me.
