about metal slug 3

Not only the previous KOF99 but also the Metal Slug 3 releashed today,is not decrypted ROM.so,this is not a bad dump but a GOOD dump for MAME.

But these are all dumped directly from the IC and are uncdecode.This made the rom unable to be compressed,anyhow,this is a GOOD dump indeed.

Before the MAME work out the method to defeat the encryption or Mr. Lee publish that method,maybe only the God can see what it is.On the contrary,the KOF99 releashed by Mr.Lee,being different from the data got from the IC,can be compressed,for it's accurate.

Fortunately,only the P.rom and the C.rom are enciphered,while the V.rom and the M.rom are not.As for the S1 and the C,I'd like to say that not until we finished the C can we see the S1.

Although even MVS/NeoGeo itself can not recognize the file,we can still expect to hear the sound.What's more,it must be THIS ROM that can be suppored by the MAME after the method to defeat the encryption is worked out!
